“The pre departure service was excellent. I felt like I was being given a personalised service. Very responsive and helpful. We were offered the annexe which was helpful as we had two small kids. The website was very good which is important. This makes a huge difference to weather you stay looking for chalets or move to another company. Very helpful in booking other lift passes, ski equipment, etc. The chalet was great, as expected from staying in other chalets- hot tub amazing, living area was fantastic, location great, staff excellent. Evening meals great. Charlie the rep was very helpful, very nice, very sociable and sorted a lot of things out for us, very responsive on the phone as well. Great job! "Hi Clare/Ben et all, Just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for the fab two weeks I spent at Chalet le Tourne earlier this month. Everything exceeded expectations, and I don't think anything could beat the fantastic value for money!! Lovely clean, cozy accommodation in both the bedroom and common areas, and it was fab that all of us fit around the one table for dinner...it made for some entertaining evenings! It was only a short walk to and from both the main bits of Le Lac and the bus stop, and the fact that we had our own fridge to store snacks and lunch made it even more convenient! Your hosts, Kate and Stan, were superb: very welcoming and helpful. I think you've already had the feedback about the food, but in case you haven't: it was great!! Thanks Stan! Not only was there more than enough food on our plates, there were always seconds for those who wanted it. Stan was kind enough to give me the Tomato soup recipe...I'll be getting the Thai chicken curry recipe off him the next time!
